Opinion:

Firmin is a rat. Not a mouse but a rat. is small (and esmirriao ) of a family of thirteen children Mom and rat. All these live in the basement of Pembroke Books library where the bookseller Norman saves old books that will sell. It is among these books where Flo (mother rat) builds its nest, namely between a copy of Moby Dick . Being a baby rat Firmin (baby esmirriao ) began nibbling the leaves of Moby Dick, then noticed the strange symbols that was gobbled up and eventually ended up learning to read and stop chewing paper to finish reading . Also, we meet to Firmin, a rat cultured, melodramatic and dreamy.
